Quality Control
J&S Tool, Inc. is an established, specialized, industrial cutting tool grinding shop which complies with and is in accordance with Industry Standards and its’ customer’s contractual requirements. We are committed to Total Quality Involvement, in which, each member shares responsibility for reducing process variability and optimizing performance to target values.
Our Quality Assurance Program outlines a system of controls, which assures that the products ground, sharpened, modified, repaired or sold by this corporation will meet the high standards of quality necessary to our customer.
 To maintain accuracy in measurements, an ongoing gage tracking system which is certified and traceable to the NIST standards is used for the calibration of all gauging, measuring and test equipment used in the fulfillment of contract requirements. Our inspection department is located in a controlled environment which gives consideration to; cleanliness, dust control, humidity, temperature, vibration and any other factors which could affect the results of any measurements.
